Terms of Sale

Commercially Reasonable Sale

  1. Most marketed equipment are assets that belong to our clients, i.e. banks, lease companies, etc.

Sales Policies

  1. All sales final upon receipt of funds, preferably on a wire transfer basis. Other forms of payment may require verification waiting periods.
  1. Items may be held with a 10% non-refundable deposit for an agreed upon time if approved by AMA.
  1. All offers need to be submitted in writing via email or written letter clearly stating item, amount and buyers contact information.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. All equipment is sold as-is, where-is with no warranties.
  1. All transportation and other costs related to purchased equipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
